Specially developed for small and medium scale enterprises, this steel chalk mold uses plaster of Paris as its raw material. This mold has multiple number of cavities that are used for filling of chalk mixture.  Required proportion of water is later added into the mixture and it is left for around 20 minutes. After a specific duration, the chalk mixture filled cavities are checked and chalks are removed in pieces from there.
