Chalk Molds

Made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, offered Chalk Molds use gypsum powder as raw material. These molds use agitation vat where gypsum powder of specific volume is stirred and mixed with other ingredients uniformly. After completion of mixing process, the entire mixture is poured into these molds and are turned in opposite direction. Offered chalk molds are simple to handle and convenient to clean. These molds should be lubricated well before pouring the mixture of all the ingredients into these. Perforated structure of these molds ensures precise design and shape of produced chalks.
